Everything was beautiful: the room, the pool, the quiet, the view, and the restaurant, which is great because you don’t have to leave. It’s a sheep farm and everything comes from the farm itself—pecorino cheese, arrosticini of sheep, sheep cutlets, and more. In the mornings there are all‑handmade cakes that are delicious.

The owner’s welcome is special, the property is well maintained, and the pool is fabulous with a view of the hills. The breakfast is a bit repetitive, consisting only of sweet cakes.

The building is well‑made and surrounded by greenery with a pool. The air‑conditioning system is completely ridiculous; the manager sets it to 20 °C and it can’t be changed, and it even turns on by itself when you turn it off. Breakfast is always the same, no buffet, and it’s unclear what you can ask for or not. In the evenings all exterior lights are switched off (except during private parties), risking accidents. The last few days of the holiday it rained and we had water seep through the windows, flooding the room. Cleaning only occurs every three days; on the other days no one comes to tidy up.
