I had a genuinely pleasant stay at Eastin Hotel Penang, Bayan Lepas, booking the Family SOHO Room which turned out to be clean, comfortable, and very practical for a family, with a layout that let everyone move around and relax easily. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of well‑presented options that catered to all tastes, making each morning something to look forward to. The hotel and room were spotless and well‑maintained, giving us a sense of comfort throughout our visit. Although I can’t recall the staff members’ names, I want to commend the entire team for being friendly, polite, and helpful, and their warm hospitality added significantly to the overall experience.
