The peace was nice, but getting to the hotel was hard, there were spiders in the room, and the staff was all automated—no interaction. When they fixed the room, they left the door open, letting anyone in.

The location was fine, but the room was very small, outdated, and the staff was minimal.

The location is great, but the breakfast was just okay and there was no front‑desk staff to help.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot outside the big city, though the furniture felt a bit lacking.

The place is near Vielha, peaceful and pretty, and the phone service was very good. We stayed five nights, the service felt impersonal, we never met the owner, we didn't do a check‑in, and we paid the rate to the waitress. The rooms didn’t look like the pictures; the bed creaked whenever you moved, the mattress was an old spring type and uncomfortable, you could hear all the noise from neighboring bathrooms, and the cleaning could improve. In the photos the bed looks made, yet we left a towel on the floor to be changed and it was hung back. The café only opens for breakfast; a mini‑fridge would help for hot months. Breakfast was fine but could improve a lot. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel; I dealt with two women on different days who handled breakfast and cleaning, they kept the milk I asked for (the only one I can drink for breakfast) and were friendly, but I missed a closer personal touch.
