We were in Georgia and stayed at Guest House Deme, which turned out to be the best choice. Having a kitchen was crucial for me because I love cooking and buy fresh produce at the market. The kitchen is always clean, cleaned regularly, and has all the necessary cookware. There’s a free washing machine. The sea is only a two‑minute walk away. All shops and cafés are nearby. The market is reachable by a minibus or a 20‑minute walk. A big plus is that the house sits deep in the garden, so you don’t hear loud music from the coast. There’s a café on the premises that serves incredibly tasty khinkali. The host Nino prepares amazing desserts. I know how to cook, so I immediately noticed she uses only natural ingredients—good butter, real cream. It shows in every bite. Now about the hosts: they are incredibly responsive, warm, and pleasant. There were evenings when we just sat and talked about life, which was priceless. Georgi is ready for any request! When we wanted to grill skewers in the garden, Georgi immediately helped melt the grill and brought a grate. When we were cold, Nino instantly handed us a warm blanket. No request went unnoticed. As a bonus, Georgi treated us to his wine. You can’t buy wine like that anywhere else. It was real Georgian hospitality. I wholeheartedly wish this wonderful family prosperity. We are thrilled with our stay in Georgia, and the place we stayed at is your credit. We’ll definitely try to come back next year!
