The breakfast was excellent. I had booked a garden‑side room, which was confirmed in writing. Unfortunately, I was given a room directly above the entrance, which I didn’t even move into. After complaining, I was moved to a truly quiet garden‑side room. The guests were recklessly loud after 23/24 h, not only in the corridors but also in the rooms.

The breakfast was very good and the accommodation was very clean. The shower was narrow and the bathroom very small.

The location is ideal for exploring Hamburg from the outside. The welcome hut is a must‑visit, and the Ernst‑Barlach‑Museum‑Wedel should also be visited as a contrast. The ambitious space planning of the underground parking was fine for me, although I have seen guests who need assistance there.
