“حبيت الشعب الهندي و لي رجعه مره ثانيه بإذن الله بس ف اقامه مكان آخر”
I was impressed by the location, the staff were incredibly respectful, and the housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room. The hotel sits right in the heart of Colaba, close to everything, and the Indian people are kind, courteous, and welcoming, which changed my view of India—I fell in love with the country because of its people. Thank you, Indian folks!
On the downside, the noise from the horns was disturbing, especially since the hotel is in a busy area; it made it hard for me to relax. There is no elevator, so every day I had to walk up to the second floor, which would be tough for elderly guests. The room lacked a kettle, a fridge, and slippers—basic items that were missing. Water and towels were only provided for the first two days, then none during cleaning. The room was well insulated, but if you’re next to a smoking room, the smoke permeated the entire space, which is a major drawback. I would only recommend staying for two days at most.
