Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City

It felt like a beach vacation, the staff were all amazing, and the balcony rooms were fantastic; I just wish the restaurant had more options so I wouldn’t have to leave at all during a weekend stay, and on Saturdays the outside bar area opened before 11.

The staff were amazing—kind, friendly, and engaging. The pool area felt cramped compared to the photos, and the outside bar, though beautiful, had long wait times for food and drinks because they were short-staffed. The nightly rate didn’t feel worth the amenities.

“The perfect getaway close to home!”

The staff at the check-in desk was super friendly. I loved that they gave us margaritas right there! The room was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The restaurant food was amazing. Our boys loved both the pools and the slide. The dj was fun too! I like the variety of seating options around the pool area. The weekend went perfectly!. The hostess at the restaurant could have been a little friendlier. We ate there 3 times and the second time we went we requested a booth, but she said no even though there was literally no one else in the restaurant at the time. I also didn't like that kids were dragging the white loungers into the water and that parents were allowing it. I wish there would've been someone on staff to watch over the pool

The room was clean and comfortable, and both pools were nice. I didn’t appreciate having to pay extra to check in a couple of hours early, nor the $20.00 parking fee at the hotel.

“We will Definitely be back”

The staff was very friendly , the atmosphere was amazing. We only had 1 person that was not pleasant but staff corrected the incident
