The sheets were filthy and infested with insects, and the staff seemed indifferent to room cleanliness; cockroaches were everywhere, forcing me to move rooms. The elevators were dirty and the wait times were excessive, and the electricity went out right at noon.

The rooms were extremely cramped, there was no drinking water, no clothing racks, and the bathroom door opened only a quarter inch because it hit the chair. The power cut out two hours after we entered and we were left sleeping in the dark.

The cleanliness was good and the bus stops were close to the expansion. I went to the mosque after Maghrib on the night of the 29th, but the bus wasn’t running; the staff told me it would take 10 minutes, so I waited four hours, and they didn’t inform me that it wouldn’t be available so I could either act or return to the room. After Tahajjud I took the bus, but the AC didn’t turn on even after I requested it, and it only started after Fajr. I booked a quadruple room with three beds next to each other, but the space was cramped and the fourth bed was too small, crowding the room in 402.

The Egyptian front‑desk staff was unhelpful and their manner was extremely rude.
