Everything was brilliant; every staff member, from the cleaners to the transport team, was excellent and incredibly attentive. A special thanks to Mohammad Sair at reception, who constantly checked that we were okay and anticipated every need. The water park, VR centre, amusements, and the beautiful coral reef to swim next to were all right there in one place.

Everything: the sea, the pool, the services, the room, and especially Mostafa, who from the moment we arrived made us feel at home and welcomed in the best possible way. This is our second year back and we’ll be returning again next year.

The structure is very beautiful, clean, and offers a lot of activities. I recommend it – it’s great even for kids! Mustafa was super friendly, very helpful, and a real pleasure. Top!
