The staff were friendly, but the pool that the hotel advertises was closed during both of our stays, a full year apart, which was a major let‑down since many guests book for that reason. We also found bugs in our room; a bug spray would have been a better welcome. The vending machines had been removed yet the signs remained, so guests were directed to the small front‑desk shop that didn’t offer many snack options.
