For the price, everything included was fab and the location is right next to the stadium. The staff were super friendly, kind, understanding, and tried their best to fix all the issues. When we arrived, we were given a room we hadn’t booked and weren’t told about the change because of “bed bugs”; they offered to move us to a sister location next to the stadium. But when we got there, there was no key, and we had to wait while the room was being cleaned (which was spotless). When I asked for a key, someone said they’d bring one. After a couple of hours, I heard chaos from a family across the hall shouting, kicking doors, talking about smoking “pipes,” and calling the police. It didn’t feel safe enough to stay with an 18‑month‑old, especially without a key. If it had been just me, I probably wouldn’t have been as bothered.
