The room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. There’s a fridge in the room. The location is close to the center but you have to cross the state road. The mattress is absolutely impossible. The air‑conditioners should be maintained periodically.

The shared kitchen for three rooms had everything needed to prepare breakfast, and the selection of coffee pods, drinks, and packaged pastries was noticeably better than elsewhere. Parking on the one‑way street near the house becomes difficult in the evening, and parking spaces are usually occupied.

The spot is right next to a lovely beach and boulevard, and the boulevard itself is very nice. The owners are very friendly, and even though breakfast isn’t officially included, there is still good coffee and some tasty snacks. The room is clean, beautiful, and comes with air conditioning.
