“A great relaxing family holiday. Recommended.”
Beautiful location and facilities. A joy for children. Warm hospitality, but as the summers get warmer, could you consider providing fans?

Great location, perfect for families with young kids. Staff are exceptionally friendly. There’s a wide variety of experiences and activities, both organized by the property or easily accessible, but the bed in our room has seen better days, the mattress needs replacing, and for a family of four the room could have used a bit more space to store shoes and gear.

The area is great for hiking, and they also offer child‑friendly nature trips. The kids’ care program is excellent, and there are many nice excursions—though a few didn’t go as planned (see below). The location is simply beautiful, with swimming ponds not just at the hotel. The animals were a hit with most kids, and the rooms were very clean with friendly staff. The food was mediocre, and I’d seen better options elsewhere. The coffee was unenjoyable. Some buffet items aren’t meant to sit out for long (the guacamole loses its crunch quickly). The seasoning was either too salty or too bland, and the meat was always dry even when it was supposed to be in sauce. More details on the excursions, such as how far they go, would be helpful. The tractor ride through the village was a bit dull and, because the windows couldn’t open, it felt like a death trap in the summer. The tractor trip up the alpine pasture, however, was a real adventure.
