“i didnt not stay and cancelled before checkin”

I’m demanding a full refund of the booking amount. The staff were drunk and the room was filthy.

The staff tried to be helpful and were nice. When we arrived, the bed sheets were dirty, stained and covered in hairs. It was 3 am, so we couldn’t complain and had to sleep in that mess. The “included breakfast” required a visit to reception and was just an omelet with bread. On top of that, the shower water sometimes didn’t work. That’s it.
