The location was superb, just steps from Victoria Street with a view of the Castle, and we could access the apartment from 13:00. It was quiet in the middle of Town Sols and the facilities felt modern. The price, however, was higher than comparable options.

The spot is unbeatable—just a short walk from Victoria Street and all the Edinburgh Fringe venues, and the room itself is huge with high ceilings, soundproofing, and a host who’s always reachable for any questions. The space is simply lovely and spacious.

The apartment looks gorgeous, with good airflow and a prime location, and it was spotless. The building is modern and thoughtfully designed with great detail. The property manager and staff were very helpful; since there’s no lift and I was traveling with my parents, the manager kindly assigned us first‑floor apartments near the staircase to reduce walking, and even granted a late check‑out when we asked. All in all, a great stay.
