“Geniales Hotel mit eigenem Stil in bester Lage.”
A totally stylish hotel in the best part of Osaka. The staff put in a lot of effort. Breakfast is good, but could be better. The bar lets you enjoy a shisha too. The open‑air bar on the pool and gym level is very nice. Great service. We could explore Osaka from the W via metro, taxi, and on foot. The neighborhood is pure luxury, with all the top brands and their flagship stores. The pool is there – nicely installed, but already quite small.
Design, high service standards. The complimentary birthday gift was very small: you either don’t give it or make it differently.
“Amazing hotel, food, roooms and staff.”
Amazing hotel with new facilities. The staff was excellent and super nice to children. The food was really good. We would come back in a heartbeat. I wish the swimming pool was a bit bigger and less crowded
“Din clipa in care am intrat in hotel si pana am plecat, absolut totul a fost la superlativ!”
Everything. Nothing to complain about!
“Nahezu perfektes Hotel”
Everything—from the location and service to the room amenities—was perfect, though the tea at breakfast took a little while to arrive.
