The location was fine. The place was dirty, there were no towels on the first day, and when they cleaned the room they left the door open.

There was no breakfast. Almost everything was awful: the room was only 18 inches wider than the double bed, the bed was uncomfortable and clearly needed replacement, the shower was broken, and the wash hand basin unit was falling apart and unusable because there was no plug in the sink.

The location was fine. The entrance was cluttered with junk, rooms had more junk at the door, the bathroom ceiling had severe dampness, the furniture was old and broken, there were cracks in the walls, and the mattresses were uncomfortable.

Nothing at all. Having a star rating doesn't mean the place is run down and dirty. The cleaning was terrible, the furniture was broken or ruined, the bathroom sink was clogged, the linens were dirty, and absolutely do not book.
