I stayed in a very quiet spot with a lovely ground‑floor living area that had a sink, two showers, and a kitchen – all tidy. The view looked out onto the meadows. The bedroom, however, was not what the website showed; it was a loft accessed by a steep staircase with a ceiling lower than 1.70 m, so I couldn’t stand upright. The mattress was fine, though. I suspect there are two apartments and the other one has a better bedroom. We were in room Marie.

“Lovley accomodation in the nature with lots of outdoor space”

We were hunting for a place between Gent and Bruges with a backyard for the kids after city visits, and this spot hit the mark. The 9‑ and 11‑year‑olds loved the trampoline and football field, and we even rented the pool for an hour in the evening for a bonus.

There's this magical house right in the middle of nowhere where sunrise, sunset, stars, grazing cows, and meadow flowers make you feel like you’re dreaming. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private courtyard lets you eat breakfast and dinner with a view of the field. The biggest perk is the huge playground with a trampoline, pétanque, swings, and a football field—parents can relax while the kids are busy, and there’s nobody around.

The house was gorgeous, spotless, and the surroundings were simply wonderful. Everything was clean and well kept, making it a perfect little getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place.

There's a garden with a full‑fledged football field, trampoline, boules court, and plenty of space for kids and adults alike, plus a nice view of the pasture. The interior is modern and tidy. The only drawbacks are the smell that sometimes comes from the nearby poultry farm, the dull knife we found, and the fact that tap water isn’t drinkable so you have to boil it.
