“This stay was disappointing.”
The beds were awful, there was constant noise all night, and the heating and cooling didn’t keep the room comfortable.

Breakfast was not good, and nothing else was problematic.

The front desk staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the bathroom had hairs on the shower wall and tub, a dark crusty layer on the toilet seat, bugs on the floor, a dirty or previously used washcloth, and no soap or cup on the sink. The kitchen’s freezer held leftover food with dark goop on the wall and floor, the refrigerator was unclean, the floor was littered with debris and crumbs, the sink was unwashed, and there was a large hole in the wall where the entry door had smashed the door stopper. In the bedroom the mattress was about 4‑5 inches off the floor, lumpy and noisy; the pillows were unsupportive and brown from age; the sheets were stained; the comforter was dirty and stained; and the rooms have thin walls and ceilings, so voices, TV, and footsteps are nearly nonstop. There seemed to be junk or abandoned cars in the parking lot. Crowds of people hang outside the entrance and in the parking lot, smoking, eating, and drinking, using chairs from the lobby to gather outside. Toddlers and children ran, screamed, and played on the sidewalk at the front door and through the hallways late at night. Apparently this hotel is a residential alternative.

The manager was very polite, but the facility was dirty, people let their dogs piss everywhere, roaches were in the room, and there was no TV service from the moment I arrived until I left; I reported it, but no one came to fix it.

Nothing at all. They let pets bark all night.
