I left feeling unsatisfied; the hotel looked rundown, the location was poor, and there were no nearby eateries or a convenient 7‑Eleven.

I had a great stay here - my room was huge and super clean, which was awesome. The hot spring was really relaxing, and the food was delicious too.

I was a bit surprised by how cold the room and hotel were, but I managed to warm up by taking a hot bath before bed. The bath was a bit tricky to get right, sometimes it was too cold and sometimes it was scalding hot. Also, the men's outdoor hot spring was closed during winter, which was pretty disappointing.

I really enjoyed the low-temperature hot spring, it was a new experience for me and I could chill out for a while. The staff at the dining area were super friendly and made me feel welcome. My only gripe is that there was no clock in the hot spring, which made it hard to keep track of time - it would be great if they could put one in.

Unfortunately, my stay was a bit of a letdown - the place was pretty dirty and to make matters worse, they added an extra charge for my kid on the day of check-in.
