The overall experience was quite disappointing and not worth the amount I paid; the food quality was very poor—fish fry and chicken tasted unfresh, and after eating I had stomach upset all night, making the stay even more unpleasant. I expected fresh, hygienically prepared food at least. The water heater didn’t work at all, so there was no warm water, and taking a bath in cold water was extremely hard, especially during the rain. Insects were in the room, another major let‑down that affected comfort. Overall, the experience was very average, and given how much I spent, I expected much better food, room maintenance, hygiene, and basic facilities; I would not consider it worth the price.

The property overall looks great and the staff were warm and kind, yet weekday services, especially at the restaurant, were bad with almost zero food options, making it feel more like an Airbnb than a resort, and the swimming pool was poorly managed.

I had a pretty good stay here, the good definitely outweighed the bad. The bad part was that the room wasn't super clean when I got in, but a quick call to the front desk got it sorted. On the good side, staff was really friendly and the breakfast was decent. Overall, it was a solid choice for a short stay.
