The staff behaved in a very polite manner.

The service was excellent and fast, and all the staff were helpful; the reception was cheerful, friendly, and even courteous. I parked my car in the parking lot and a receptionist spoke to me politely, showing real courtesy and good manners. The housekeeping staff were also helpful. The only downside was that the parking spaces were limited.
