The room was big, which I liked.

The only thing I liked about the property was its proximity to gate 1 at Fort Gordon. When I arrived, the front‑desk lady said her system was down and that it would take 3 + hours to recover; she demanded an extra $15.00 beyond the rate I had booked, and when I asked if a military discount applied she offered a $5.00 reduction. I pulled up my reservation to show the price, but she said she couldn’t match it; after a very long day I paid the higher amount. The listing said breakfast was included, but I never saw any. The single ice machine on the property was broken for an unknown length of time; she handed me an ice tray with frozen ice in it, which was unacceptable and made me question the water quality. She then told me to go next door to the Quality Inn for ice. The room itself was clean and had plenty of towels, but that was the extent of the positives.

There was nothing good about this place. The noise persisted all night and I barely slept.

I didn’t like the property at all. It was dirty.

I didn’t like it at all. Illegal activity was happening in the hotel. My room had a disgusting odor. Men knocked on the door next to me all night, and I won’t return.
