“Very clean, convenient location for walking to transit and attractions. Friendly staff (Anna in particular) and easy che”
The place had great amenities like a rooftop deck, free bicycles, a lobby courtyard, and in‑room coffee and snacks. Walking to Pike Place, the waterfront, Westlake Station, the Monorail, and a bunch of restaurants and coffee shops was super convenient.
“Prima hotel maar locatie niet fijn”
Dicht bij centrum en waterfront. Schone kamer, bedden waren ook prima Douche ook lekker. Enorm veel overlast van verslaafde zwervers die zombie drugs gebruiken. Zitten voor de deur en door de hele straat. Ze veroorzaken veel overlast, veel lawaai s nachts. Erg gehorig door wat er buiten gebeurt. Voor ons reden om hier niet meer te boeken Het hotel kan er niets aan doen, erg spijtig voor hen
“Decent enough”
Being next to many attractions was a plus, and Josh was a very helpful, kind, and professional staff member. However, the neighborhood was full of people openly using drugs, and I even saw drug use and a sale right outside the hotel entrance, making the area feel dirty and sad.
The rooftop. The first is the parking. It's expensive for what it is, and it isn't secure, no barrier, no gate, no attendant, no surveillance. The surrounding area is also not one where I felt comfortable leaving a car, or walking back to the hotel after dark: open drug use on the street nearby and a generally uneasy atmosphere in the evenings. None of this is mentioned anywhere before booking. Paying a premium for an open, unwatched space in that setting is hard to justify. The second is the deposit. Normally a hotel places a hold on the card, which is released on its own. Here the amount was charged as a real payment. At check-out I was told it would come back within a week. It still hasn't, after over three weeks. I can't recommend this hotel, and I'd tell anyone staying here to check their card statement carefully after check-out
“A lovely hotel, close to everything, with welcoming staff”
I could walk to every attraction I wanted. The room received daily housekeeping, and I could request fresh sheets and towels if I wished. It was spacious, comfortable, and the air‑con worked well, though it rattled a bit. I liked the free snacks and coffee available in the lobby.
