Everything was fine except the bathroom had rusty fixtures and the bed was too deep in the middle.

It was okay, but the staff weren’t very chatty and didn’t like that we had to bring our ticket to the bar area to cash it.

YOUR FRONT DESK, GENERAL STORE, AND BURBON BAR STAFF WHER GREAT MADE THE TRIP BETTER AS THERE IS NOTHING TO OFFER AT RIVER LODGE. YOU HAVE SO MUCH SPCE THAT YOU DO NOTHING WITH SUCH A WASTE WE HAVE BEEN THERE 4 TIMES IN PAST 12 MONTHS BUT WILL NOT BE BACK UNTIL THE NEW OWNER TAKES OVER WHICH I AM SURE IS ON THE WAY WITH EVERYTHING CLOSED. this is a river resort that has no NO POOL l and does not know if it would be coming back, WHY WOULD ANY ONE WANT TO STAY HERE AND PAY RESOT FEE FOR WHAT. THERE IS NO RESTURANT ONLY DIFFERENT BAR FOOD AT DIFFERENT BARS IF THEY HAVE NOT RAN OUT. BEACH WAS THE ONLY WAY TO COOL DOWN BUT AGAIN THIS IS NOT MAINTAINED AT ALL NO SHADE ALL BEEN REMOVED SAND COVERED IN GOOGE POOP SO NO WHERE TO LET KIDS BE KIDS RAKE THE DIRT IT DOES NOT NEED TO BE LIKE HARRAH BUT YOU CAN DO BETTER. THE ONLY THING THE KIDS CAN DO IS BOWLING ALLEY AND DIRTY BEACH WHER IS YOUR FAMILY FUN OH THATS RIGHT AT THE RIVERSIDE, HARRAHS, EDGEWATER ALL PLACES i WOULD STAY HELL EVEN PIONEER HAS BETTER TOGHTER THAN YOU

Great spot for eating and drinking, though some rooms could use an update.

The casino’s air‑conditioning was good, but the room temperature never felt fresh.
