J’ai énormément apprécié mon séjour ! Rien à redire : le confort, l’accueil et la qualité du service, tout était absolument au top. 🥰 Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne à la recherche d’une belle expérience. Une mention spéciale à Lotfi et Mina, qui ont été particulièrement aimable, chaleureux et sympathique. Leurs accueil et leurs gentillesse ont vraiment fait la différence et ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. ❤️ Le petit déjeuner était top☺️ et l’accueil aussi ☺️ C’est avec grand plaisir que j’y reviendrai ! Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. ✨

Very disappointing experience. The hotel demanded an extra AED 75 for parking and an unannounced security deposit, initially insisting on cash. The room AC wasn’t working, and breakfast had only three items. Poor service and a lack of transparency. I would never recommend this hotel. Think twice before booking!. The hotel is close to the market and the cheapest option, and it’s clean. Special thanks to Deborah at reception, who is always available to help and really takes the time for us.
