How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The apartment is on the third floor and accessed by elevator. The room we got was quiet and very welcoming, but it doesn’t have an en‑suite; instead there’s a private bathroom in the hallway. The staff were always ready for anything, and overall we were very satisfied. The only downside I could find was the absence of a microwave; otherwise the kitchen is livable and spacious.

The location is convenient for public transport to Torregrande’s beaches and within walking distance of the center; the staff are helpful. The room is fine and the common areas are pleasant, but the third bed feels a bit uncomfortable and small.

The house has a shared kitchen and four private rooms with attached bathrooms, all huge and spotless, plus a tiny balcony perfect for drying laundry. The communal kitchen comes stocked with all the necessary dishes and basic supplies, and the fridge is cleverly divided into numbered shelves according to the assigned room. Located in Oristano’s historic centre, every shop is within walking distance and a 5‑minute drive gets you to large supermarkets. Even in August, parking is easy; street parking is paid only at certain times and very cheap, and there are free spots nearby. Check‑in is almost self‑service, there’s no reception but the owner was always reachable on WhatsApp and replied promptly. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, some housemates were not very respectful of the evening quiet or the shared spaces, but that’s not the owner’s fault.
