How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The hotel staff provided exceptional service, making our stay a pleasant experience. Their friendly demeanor added to the overall comfort of our visit. However, we did not receive any additional assistance or amenities.

Although this hotel offered a convenient location and friendly staff, the overall experience fell short of expectations due to outdated facilities and overpriced services. The guest's decision to leave after just one night was a testament to their disappointment. The discovery of a similarly rated hotel at a lower price only added to their frustration.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to its excellent breakfast options and proximity to local shops and attractions. However, the hotel's carpets could benefit from a thorough cleaning to remove stubborn stains. The hotel's cleanliness was a highlight of our visit.

The hotel's location near a Muslim restaurant was a convenient feature of our stay. However, we encountered an issue with the lack of a sleeping light in our room.
