The staff were lovely, courteous and gave personal attention; the room was pleasant and very clean, though it could have been a bit larger. The outdoor landscaping could use improvement.

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, with all the expected details. The welcome was pleasant, complete with coffee and restaurant recommendations; breakfast was simple yet good, and the staff were friendly. The location is on a main road but remains very quiet and unobtrusive. The air conditioner in the room faces the bed and is very disruptive, causing a chill. Missing details include chairs on the balcony and a spot to place a bag. Checking out on holidays and Shabbat at 14:00 is standard, yet this was not taken into account.

What an amazing experience! The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and service‑oriented, making us feel a warm, human connection from the start. The hotel was very clean, the renovation and furnishings were top‑level, and the interior design was simply stunning and stylish. Breakfast was excellent, especially the coffee – truly tasty! The hotel is definitely worth every shekel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.
