The reception was decent. Some details were lacking.
“PIOR HOTEL QUE JA VI”
Nothing positive. The place had no commitment; I booked, but when I arrived there were no rooms available. The area was messy, the reception smelled of mold, and I waited about 5 minutes before anyone attended to me. I still used the bathroom because I was coming from a trip, but it had no basic hygiene—there was no soap. I had a bad experience with the hotel, had to rent a more expensive, better one, and suffered a great loss because they charged me the full reservation amount even though I didn’t use it, and I explained the reason.
I think the receptionist suffers from narcolepsy because she slept all day and you had to shout her name to get her to wake up and open the door. The location is next to the bus station, which is a plus, but the area is also very strange and spooky.
The room was close to the bus station. At the end, when leaving the hotel, the attendant was quite polite. However, upon arrival we were given a terrible room without a TV; later they changed it, but the bathroom lacked a toilet seat cover and a lid. The reception was sometimes empty, forcing us to go to another hotel to open the gate, which made me feel unsafe leaving my belongings in the room. As a black person, we often felt treated differently—suspiciously.
The stay was cozy, the air conditioning and bed were great, everything was clean, and the price was fair.
