“Outstanding host and accommodation”

Everything was perfect. When I read the reviews I couldn’t believe it could be as good as described. Vilma, the owner, was helpful in every way and went far beyond expectations. She took me to the train station and assisted with my trip to Machu Picchu; her fluent English made everything very easy. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had high‑quality bedding and towels. I would definitely recommend her—she’s one of the best people I’ve met at a Jo.

L'accueil chaleureux de Vilma et son mari. Adorables! Le désir de nous satisfaire et que nous sentions comme chez nous. Les rideaux non occultant pour éviter les réveils avec la lumière du jour ( même si nous sommes partis tôt le matin c' est un détail très important !) , et avoir plus d,'intimité. Problème de réglage de la température de l'eau de la douche aléatoire !!! J' ai pris une douche presque froide le soir avec trop de pression que l'on ne peut régler. Le matin cela semblait mieux: le système n'est pas au top !

The place is unusually quiet, so I could sleep without earplugs, which is a big plus compared to most hotels in Cusco. The owner speaks English fluently, another rarity. Breakfast was great, and overall we really enjoyed our stay. On the downside, the water heater gives weak pressure in the shower, hot water doesn’t last long, and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly.

“Chambre serait parfaite avec une douche fonctionnelle”

The owner is helpful and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast is decent and well supplied. The shower’s water heater is very inconsistent – either the hot water flow is too weak or it’s adequate but the water stays cold. The hotel is a bit far from Cusco’s city centre.

We were warmly welcomed by Vilma and her husband. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities.
