They lock their smart keys every few hours, and guests keep asking for a new key multiple times.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I paid more than I was supposed to: $109 became $184. This isn’t the first time I’ve been overcharged on the site. I was too tired to fight it at the hotel after a full day’s work and a 6‑hour drive.

The manager Ron was very unhelpful and straight up lied to me, repeatedly. I will never book with Hilton again!
