The spot is great, right next to the station and a shopping mall that shelters you from rain. The room was spotless, the bed and pillows were super comfy, and the view of the surrounding area added to the charm. On the downside, the toilet made a huge noise when flushing and refilling, so it’s not a good idea to use it late at night if you’re with someone. Also, you have to climb stairs to reach the first elevator, and one of the wheelchair lifts was broken and unusable during our stay, which is a real accessibility concern.

Even though I arrived very late, the team kept trying different solutions and patiently worked with me until the problem was solved, which I really appreciated, and their courteous attitude made me happy.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw from the station, looks clean, and has good security measures in place.

The place was tidy and conveniently close to the station. It would be nicer if there were a breakfast room inside the hotel, since having to eat outside is a bit of a hassle.
