“Très bien”
Everything was flawless. The young team was friendly, energetic, and attentive to every client need. The place is fantastic; from the terrace the view is wow. I enjoyed the sauna and Jacuzzi with a view of Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, and the mountains. We ate well. The room was great! A bus nearby takes you to the center, but walking is a fantastic route.
“Cheap but probably wouldn’t recommend”
The spot by the river is convenient and a quick stroll to the city center. We asked for an early check‑in before 5 o’clock and were told no. When we got there at 16:30 all the staff had already left, the building was empty, and they simply left our key in an envelope on the desk. The room was covered in dead mosquitoes on the walls and there was no toilet paper, so we had to buy our own. I didn’t even realize breakfast, lunch, and dinner were included because no one showed up until checkout. You might consider it if you’re going skiing, but I wouldn’t book it for anything else, honestly.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly, and the balcony offers a stunning view of Mont Blanc and l’Aiguille du Midi. The shower was an issue because we had a PMR room and water splashed everywhere when we used it. The hotel could use a refresh.
