What a surprise! We were truly amazed to find such quality up in the mountains. The hotel is gorgeous and the restaurant food is superb—made with love and at a very high level. We especially want to highlight the hostess: incredibly friendly, warm, and very likable. You feel welcome from the moment you arrive. A real gem in Apulia that we wholeheartedly recommend!

The in‑house restaurant offered a sensational selection, and the wine list impressed us both in quality and price. The restaurant itself was wonderful and thoughtfully designed. The only downside was that breakfast had to be taken elsewhere because the restaurant only opened at 20:00.
