The central location is good, but there are several issues: the air conditioning didn’t work, the window was broken, the TV remote didn’t function, the floor was uneven, and there was no toilet brush. Many things had been fixed, yet it still felt like a patched‑up place.

The spot’s great, easy to get around, close to everything by tube or bus, but the breakfast was pretty poor and not a top pick. The rooms were a bit too small.

The hotel was just cleaned and kept tidy, but the breakfast was very poor, the coffee was cold, and the mattresses were very hard. I stayed two more nights and had to pay extra for activities beyond the room’s card. The old building had a broken shower door (needs renovation) and the rooms were so small that they could barely fit four people.

It’s an average hotel in London; the room wasn’t too small for the price and the bathroom was fairly modern. The location in Paddington was very good, though the bed was comfortable but extremely small.

Ok beliggenhet og hyggelige ansatte. Slit og veldig lite rom, dårlige senger, luktet vondt og frokosten var tragisk
