Good location near the River. Lack of maintenance in the green area and décor.
The two‑level suite overlooking the river offered a wonderfully calm setting, letting me watch the water flow all night in peaceful silence—perfect for unwinding, and the staff were friendly. The room showed its age a bit, yet overall it was excellent value; the food wasn’t served, but the staff’s recommendations were superb.
The waterway view was beautiful.
They promised a coffee machine and tea, but there was nothing.
“Don't do it. Go somewhere else”
The spot’s decent—right on the river—but that’s where the positives end. The building feels run down, old and broken, and the staff situation is awful: one hardworking person was lovely, but the other was nasty and rude, and overall the place is understaffed. The owner should be ashamed. There’s nothing offered beyond two bottles of water, no coffee or coffee-making facilities, and no fans in the social areas near the rooms. Everything was so rundown it made staying unpleasant. We arrived early and no one was there to talk to, and the rooms weren’t available until after 2 pm, which is understandable, but there was nowhere to put our stuff or sit comfortably until check‑in. The life jackets were all old, broken, and mostly from other resorts. I’m sorry, but it was just not enjoyable at all; we spent most of our time at other river resorts. There was no food at all, no ice, and nothing close—had to drive to get anything.
