The staff were very great and friendly, especially Arthur, who was truly amazing. The pool wasn’t very clean, about 7/10.

The facilities were very clean. The staff at reception, maintenance, the restaurant, and the pool area were all excellent. However, there was an issue with my air‑conditioner and I had to be moved to another room.
