“Estancia pésima, y caro para lo que es”
Nothing positive, bad location, terrible staff service, the photos are very misleading, awful accommodation for families. Overall, everything was bad.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was terrible.

The facilities were clean, pretty, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I would have liked a microwave, a kettle, and a mini‑fridge in the common areas and the room.

Casa Pastur is a very nice, newly built property with a pretty room, but we paid €120 for a room and in four days they never changed our towels or fixed anything in the room. We didn’t rent the whole house, just a room—there were three other rooms and a separate apartment, which is a different arrangement. When we arrived, nobody was there to welcome us and we had to call several times before anyone answered. We were told we should have first checked in at the hotel they operate, but no one explained that. Then, as mentioned, we went four days without any housekeeping. When we pointed this out to the owner as we left, she said that was how things work at Casa Pastur, even though we had only booked a €120‑per‑day room, not the whole house. That policy should be listed on the website so guests can decide. It felt like an abuse.

The view was great. The house had no café or vending machine.
