The room was too small, and even the washroom was small. The butler left my luggage in the lift and I had to carry it to the room.

“It was worth every money to stay at the Gurugram Holiday Inn.”

The bedding quality was excellent, especially the pillows; the food quality was excellent; the staff was hospitable and went an extra mile to make everyone comfortable; this was the best Holiday Inn I have stayed in and offered the most value for money; the airport hotel transport/shuttle was convenient and affordable. However, the showers were badly designed and constructed, with the water flowing away from the drain point, filling and overflowing out of the shower; the showers need to be corrected as I spent most time cleaning up the overflow.
