Truly the most incredible place. Gorgeous scenery, amazing staff, and consistently quiet. The host was perhaps the sweetest person I’ve ever met, and she has a cute dog. They even have a river you can swim in.

“Foram momentos muito gostosos , cama ótima, recepção super acolhedora”

The place felt very welcoming, with careful and delicate dishware that gave us a pleasant and affectionate experience, plus a stunning view of the Serra. The room was the right size and comfortable, though a wardrobe with a few hangers would have helped us organize our belongings better. The breakfast was also tasty, but the options could vary more from day to day, and I missed a good coffee machine. Overall, everything was great.

“Não indico e não volto”

The view is the only thing that makes this place stand out, but at almost R$900 for a weekend it feels like you’re paying for a luxury that isn’t there. The rooms are tiny, and the “garden view” is really just a stone wall. Hot water cut out mid‑shower and the pump that kicks in is noisy, right next to our room. They brag about activities inside the lodge, but the horseback riding and kayaking are off‑site. Breakfast was weak—coffee was watery and the cakes were all wheat.
