The staff were outstanding, incredibly attentive to guests, and all requests were fulfilled; the kitchen was unbelievably tasty, the grounds were lush, and the dinner with a sea view was superb; the parties were great, and I want to give a huge thank you to Axinya, the Russian‑speaking girl—she’s the best find and a diamond in this hotel, a professional I haven’t met in over 30 years of traveling; the hotel is 5+; everything was perfect.

“Had a great time”

Breakfast was good, and the room we stayed in was excellent—very spacious with plenty of separate closet and dressing room space; the hotel staff and concierge were super helpful and friendly, but the location felt a bit remote from many places we wanted to go, and the hotel didn’t have a proper beach on its property; the gym was fine but a bit dated and the equipment needed a refresh.

Everything was liked; the room was very comfortable, the view was beautiful, the piers were comfortable, there were no people, breakfasts were tasty, and the staff were excellent—quick to respond to requests and wishes; ordering breakfast and coffee was not very convenient, you have to wait for the waiter, and the hotel restaurants don’t offer a very diverse menu.

The room and food were good, but the first impression from the staff wasn’t great; we felt unwelcome and were not treated very warmly by the blonde receptionist, yet the rest of the staff were much nicer and more welcoming, especially Hakam, who was very friendly and helpful; the food was good but a bit overpriced.
