How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, thanks to its excellent location near Charbagh Railway Station and the very supportive staff. They made sure we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay, which was a lovely experience. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to get around, and the staff's kindness made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that they had no rooms available as per my booking, and instead offered me subpar rooms that were apparently worth only 500 Indian rupees per day. The staff informed me that the hotel management had cancelled my booking just hours before my arrival and given the room to another family.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete waste of time. The property was located in a remote colony, and the hospitality was unprofessional, with a 15-minute wait outside the property. To make matters worse, the hotel was extremely unhygienic, which was a major turn-off.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, as I encountered a disturbingly xenophobic atmosphere. Upon arrival, the staff made it clear that they didn't welcome foreign guests, which left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. Despite the hotel's potential, the discriminatory attitude of the staff overshadowed any positive aspects, making my stay truly regrettable. The experience was marred by the hotel's blatant disregard for inclusivity.

I was shocked and disappointed when the hotel turned me away, citing my nationality as the reason. Although this policy was not mentioned on their website, it was clear that they were not willing to accommodate me. I was looking forward to a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, it didn't work out that way. The hotel's behavior was unacceptable, and I was left with no option but to seek alternative accommodations.
