“Insomma”

The staff were very friendly, but everything went a bit wrong. When we arrived the room was not ready, so they gave us another one with a leaking sink and the other one was clogged; there was no TV even though it was listed. One of the beds had a window leaning against it, so it couldn’t be used… They also told us that if we wanted the double bed we’d have to pay an extra €20… Do I have to pay for your inconvenience? We’re not. Breakfast was mediocre, we were forced to start at 9 am.

“Great value for money, clean and exactly as shown. "Old school" hotel, don't expect anything fancy.”

We were looking for an inexpensive option near Bassano del Grappa, and the Hotel Ezzelino was perfect for that.

“Soggiorno deludente in rapporto al prezzo pagato”

The stay was rather disappointing considering the €100 spent for one night, so it’s hard to point out anything that satisfied us. I did appreciate the room’s size, the cappuccino, and the location near the AMA festival (we were there for a concert). The rest was a very disappointing breakfast with low‑quality items. The building is old and lacks soundproofing; the windows are pre‑war. The owner even asked us to keep our voices low because the boy next door was sleeping. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioning ineffective, and the breakfast was appalling except for the cappuccino.

The rooms were spacious, well‑furnished, had air conditioning and a fan, everything was fine, but the owner looks tired of doing this job and it shows.

“Molto gentili e cordiali . Hotel essenziale ma molto accogliente”

Breakfast was excellent and plentiful, probably run by a family, very friendly. The location might be a bit on the road, but it’s still convenient and the room was quiet. The bathroom décor was a bit lacking.
