“Hotel dejado”
The price was reasonable, but the room was in poor condition, the towels looked like cardboard, and the sheets were visibly dirty.

The staff were very attentive and the room was very comfortable, yet the bathroom was damaged.

I was extremely disappointed and couldn’t rest properly. The room only had a single small hand‑size towel and a tiny soap bar for both sink and shower, so I had to ask reception for more basics. The sheets looked unclean and the pillows were awful. The second night was the worst: around 3:00 a.m. a group in the room next to mine started partying, shouting, singing and drinking. I called reception several times, but they just said the guests had “lowered the volume.” At 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. lowering the volume is simply not enough—people should be able to sleep. The noise went on for about two hours until about 5:00 a.m., and then at roughly 6:00 a.m. someone knocked on my door. I had flown to Cali for work and ended up exhausted because I barely slept. On top of that, my room faced a cluster of very old, extremely noisy air‑conditioning units, which made it hard to sleep even after the neighbouring room finally quieted. The next morning I waited for the breakfast that was included in my rate, only to be told that the breakfast staff wasn’t coming, so there would be none. Between the poor room conditions, lack of basic amenities, excessive noise, inadequate reception response and the failure to provide the paid breakfast, this was an unacceptable stay. I would never stay here again and I cannot recommend this hotel.
