1. At check‑in we asked receptionist Tatyana to call a taxi for us in half an hour; after going downstairs we learned she hadn’t called because she couldn’t reach us on the room phone, which wasn’t working. She had our personal numbers but said she was “too busy with other guests.” 2. Besides the broken phone, we found lamp‑bulb trash in the bathroom and a non‑functional air‑conditioner at the start of August. 3. We slept with the windows open, but at 5 am a strong odor of urine and feces from the plumbing woke us; the smell persisted from 5 am to noon. 4. We stayed only one night and asked Guest Relations for a late check‑out at 13:00 instead of 12:00; after learning all the problems we were told they couldn’t grant even an hour because the room had to be prepared for incoming guests. As an apology they offered a voucher for one drink and one dish at the pool bar, but we hardly used it because we had to leave. After departure I requested Booing support to investigate and partially refund the room rate due to the broken phone, air‑conditioner, and plumbing odor, making the room unlivable. Support contacted the hotel, which claimed it had fixed everything during our stay – that was a lie. The refund never came. This hotel is a complete disappointment. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Everything from breakfast, staff, facilities, the pool, and the rooms was amazing! Nothing to complain about.

View from balcony Breakfast Help from staff within hotel during our stay. Concierge and luggage porters. Sheer cost of drinks including tea. 2 cups of tea around €15. Didn’t look at cost of food after that. The wait for a lift to breakfast. I unfortunately made the error of double booking the hotel. Only noticed this two days before our stay. Entirely my fault. Found it very stressful trying to get in touch with hotel to discuss this issue. Telephoned over a period of hours on numerous occasions to have the phone call not answered by hotel staff as it was a busy period for them. This was a stressful day. I eventually had an email answered and was helped then. Unfortunately the hotel requires a cancellation more than 14 day days prior to the stay. Most other 5 star hotels I have stayed in across Europe require 24 hrs cancellation notice. I am grateful the hotel is enabling me to use one of these bookings before end of May 2027. However, this was a very costly error for me. I don’t necessarily want to visit that hotel again
