We were in India for medical reasons and had an appointment at 12:30 PM, while check‑in at Keys Prima was at 2 PM. The first contact was a phone call with Miss Pooja, who was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating; her warmth made us feel welcome before we even arrived. The team handled our luggage while we went to the appointment, and check‑in was smooth and hassle‑free. Traveling as a family of three with a 6‑month‑old baby, the experience was wonderful. Everyone we met was exceptionally friendly, professional, courteous, and always ready to help. The room was neat, clean, and spacious, which mattered a lot with a baby. Mr Sarbeswar deserves a special mention for his warm hospitality and attentiveness; he made us feel genuinely cared for and was always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast and dinner buffets were major highlights—among the best parts of our stay. The food looked appetising and tasted even better, offering a wonderful variety from Indian to continental options; the quality and flavours were impressive. Overall, Keys Prima made this trip comfortable and pleasant. The combination of excellent hospitality, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and delicious food made our stay truly memorable, and I would definitely recommend Keys Prima to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming stay in Whitefield. The only downside was the long walk from the entrance to the room.

“Worst staff from office and manager no service”
The staff at this hotel were incredibly frustrating; they couldn’t be reached by phone, and even after multiple calls no one answered. During checkout they didn’t give me an invoice and instead handed me the manager’s number, promising he would send it. I chased him over 10‑15 times, yet he barely bothered to return calls or reply on WhatsApp. I would not recommend this property and will never stay here again because of their poor service. The entire property was useless.
