The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and pier—just under 10 minutes—and a three‑minute walk to the town centre; all the staff were happy to help with any questions, the restaurant inside the hotel was nice, and the pub offered great cocktails and sky sports. The room was clean and spacious. The only thing I’d prefer is not being on the third floor, but the walk up was a good exercise.

The staff were friendly and the bar food tasted good, but the restaurant itself fell short. The breakfast was overpriced at £17.50, poorly cooked, greasy, and the service was slow. The restaurant felt too exclusive and expensive for a Coco hotel, and a more affordable, non‑boutique option would serve the hotel better. Overall the room was comfortable and the experience decent.
