Clean, convenient location, steamer iron in the room, bidet, complimentary bottled water, free tumblers. Only valet parking is available and it costs an extra $59 per night; the light switch wasn’t working properly; the view from the window looks out onto the side of another building.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the spa amenities. I didn’t like the shuttle driver’s attitude—he was always unfriendly. On our first day we wanted to go to Ala Moana Shopping Center; he kept saying it was across the street, and even after we said we understood we still wanted to be driven there, he seemed annoyed. I also thought the Sera breakfast prices were too high, and we weren’t offered turn‑down service or a room cleaning.
