How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

I didn't like anything. Nothing at all.

They gave us a double blanket that should have been a king‑size, because two large adults can’t properly cover themselves with just one; when we asked for another, they tried to add a charge for it. The air‑conditioning was faulty and a cricket kept chirping loudly in the room through the night. My reservation on the booking site mentioned a breakfast deal plus lunch and dinner for R$30, but the hotel refused to explain the options, blaming a “Booking error.” The front‑desk lady that morning was extremely rude.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel - the bed was really comfy and the bathroom was amazing, but I was surprised that for a 24-hour stay, the lighting wasn't better, especially around the sink area, which was super dark. The towels were also old and worn out, which was a letdown.

I was really happy with my stay - everything was clean and comfy, no complaints there.
